Professional Wheel & Tire Care
Rims are the hardest-working exterior surface on your vehicle. Brake dust, road salt, tar, and iron particles attack the finish constantly – and once embedded, standard car wash soap won't remove them. Left untreated, brake dust bonds chemically with the rim surface and causes permanent corrosion and pitting.
Swissvax offers a complete wheel care system: a powerful acid-free rim cleaner that dissolves brake dust on contact, specialist brushes for every rim geometry, PTFE-enriched carnauba wax for long-term sealing, and tire dressing that protects rubber against UV fading and cracking.

How to Clean Rims & Dress Tires – Step by Step
Follow this three-step routine for professional results: deep clean, seal, and dress. The entire process takes 15–20 minutes per wheel.
Step 1: Deep Clean Rims & Remove Brake Dust
- Spray Wheel Spray Forte generously onto the rim surface. The acid-free formula dissolves brake dust, road grime, and iron deposits on contact.
- Work the cleaner into the rim face and spoke gaps with the Swissvax Wheel Brush.
- For the rim barrel and inner surfaces, use Wheel Woolies – the three brush sizes reach every area behind the spokes.
- When the cleaner turns purple (indicating dissolved iron particles), rinse thoroughly with water or wipe off with a Micro-Wash cloth.
Step 2: Dry & Seal Rims with PTFE Wax
- Dry each rim immediately with an Ultra-Dry cloth to prevent water spots and mineral deposits.
- Apply a thin layer of Autobahn PTFE Wheel Wax to the clean, dry surface. The carnauba-PTFE formula seals the rim for 3–6 months and creates a non-stick barrier that makes future brake dust removal significantly easier.
- Buff off with a Micro-Polish cloth for a streak-free finish.
Step 3: Dress & Protect Tires
- Apply Pneu Tire Dressing to restore a clean, professional sidewall finish and protect the rubber against UV fading, drying, and cracking.
- Use the Pneu Brush for precise, economical application along the sidewall profile – also ideal for Motor Shine in the engine bay.
- For whitewall tires, clean first with Pneu White and Pneu White Pads to restore a bright white appearance, then apply Pneu for a subtle protective shine.
