SWISSVAX makes every effort to ship your order the same business day as ordered. Orders placed after 4pm EST may ship the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) will ship out on the next business day (Monday) with exceptions to holidays. All orders valued over $200.00 are eligible for FREE standard shipping.
Orders placed at Swissvax.us are shipped via USPS and/or UPS, FedEX within the continental territory of the United States of America. Shipping costs will fluctuate depending on the estimated value, weight, destination and your expedited options to a faster shipping service if needed.
Your shipping address?
We recommend to double check your shipping address at checkout to make sure everything is correct. SWISSVAX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages as you'll need to file a case with the carrier unfortunately if this should happen. Tracking notifications are sent with each order and we'd please ask that you follow your package up to the point of delivery.
If the carrier is unable to delivery your package due to a mistake in the shipping address entered, the carrier will "return to sender". The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fee's as we re-attempt to get you your order.
Damages?
Damages to the item(s) purchased rarely happen as we take great pride in packaging your orders so that it gets to you unharmed and safe. (It's been several years since the last time we had an incident) However, once in transit, it's out of our control and something could potentially happen. If by chance a item has been damaged while in transit, we will cover it and get you the item needed as soon as possible. We will require proof of the damage in the form of photos etc. and we will also conduct our own investigation via filing a case with the carrier as all packages are insured for this reason. If by chance you experience a damaged product, please allow us some extra time to re-ship said product as we conduct our investigation (could take up to 1 month) for our own compensation. Again, we take great pride in packing the orders sent out and everything is always packed well. If a box/package is damaged and the items/contents are still safe and usable, please feel free to let us know. However, this does not qualify for a damaged product or a replacement.
