What started as a two-person operation at a family kitchen table in Zurich is now an international brand with representatives around the world. The original company – known as Swiss Oil, Swissoil, or Swizöl – built its reputation on handcrafted carnauba wax products of uncompromising quality.
In 2009, the brand was renamed Swissvax to reflect its international reach and core identity: Swiss craftsmanship combined with the world’s finest carnauba wax. The name changed, but the products, the formulations, and the family behind them remained exactly the same.
Every Swissvax product is still manufactured and filled by hand in our factory in Fällanden near Zurich – just as it has been for over 90 years.
